PLC central control whole line, includes loading, uncoiler, pre-cutter, roll forming, servo flying cutter, stacker, discharging. HIM operateing, the whole line just needs one operator, many groups data can be set by one time, automatic producing, allocated with remote control, safety light curtain etc whole security systems, which is approved by CE. The roll forming craft is made by the special Germany cold roll forming program COPRA; the craft is also made the FEA analysis and check. The roller surface has been fine finished; make sure the profile is smooth.
